Launch a client referrals campaign

The Client Referrals feature allows you to further leverage your ambassador network to access new clients and job orders.

Staffing Referrals allows you to get even more value from your talent community with a client referrals campaign. With client referrals, you can:

  • Grow sales: Get access to job orders that only your network knows about
  • Increase productivity: Automatically ask for new client referrals 
  • Improve ambassador experience: Provide transparency with real-time referral tracking

When you launch a client referrals campaign, a new call to action (CTA) will appear on your ambassador dashboards.

Like with candidate referral campaigns, all parts of the client referrals campaigns are fully customizable.

Step 1: Navigate to "Campaigns" > "Clients"

This is where you'll see the details of your client referral program. To create a new campaign, click "Create" in the top right corner.

Step 2: Configure your campaign

Go to "Basic Setup." Name your campaign, and enter your bonus amount and terms and conditions. When you're finished, click "Next."

Go to "Landing Pages." This is where you can customize all of the text on your client campaign pages. To see what the elements look like, click the green "Preview" buttons. When you're finished, scroll to the bottom and click "Next."



Go to "Email." You have the option of sending an email to your ambassadors to let them know about the campaign. Customize your email, and click "Save." Then click "Next."


Go to "Targets." Select the candidate campaign(s) you want your client campaign to be associated with. The client campaign CTA will only appear on the dashboards of the ambassadors in these candidate campaigns. To launch your campaign, click "Save."

Note: All client referrals campaigns must be associated with one or more candidate referral campaigns. If you don't make a selection here, your client campaign will not show up on any ambassador dashboards.

Step 3: Track and manage your client referrals

Your client referrals will be tracked in "Referrals" > "Clients."
