Set your referral bonus amounts, campaign terms and conditions, notifications, and more.
Staffing Referrals provides all of the materials you need to promote your new referral program to your brand ambassadors. The first step is creating a new campaign.
Step 1: Navigate to "Campaigns" > "Candidates"
Click "Create."
Step 2: Enter your campaign details
- Name (Required): Name your campaign. This name is only used internally. If you have multiple campaigns, we recommend a naming convention that will help you easily identify them. For example, if you staff in multiple industries, name your campaigns by industry ("Healthcare," "IT," etc.).
- Minimum Term (Optional); If there's a minimum work requirement before bonuses are paid, specify that here.
- Currency Symbol (Required): By default, this is set to $. Change if necessary.
- Ambassador Bonus (Required) and Candidate Bonus (Required): Enter the bonus amounts you will be paying to your ambassadors and candidates.

- Are Bonuses Per Hour? (Optional): If the bonuses are paid per hour worked, check this box.
- Are Bonuses "Up To" the Amount? (Optional): Check this box if ambassadors might not always earn the full amount. For example, if you pay different bonuses based on job title (e.g., $750 for RNs; $250 for CNA) or if the bonuses are paid based on work milestones (i.e., 50% upfront, 50% after 3 months).
- Redirect URL After Apply (Optional): If you'd like to redirect applicants to a specific URL on your website after they apply, enter that URL.
- Terms & Conditions (Optional): Enter your referral program terms and conditions here. For example, include any work length requirements and when bonuses are paid out. We recommend always including "Bonuses are subject to approval."
- Terms & Conditions Link (Optional): If you have a page on your website with your terms and conditions, you can link it here.
- Vertical (Required): Select the industry vertical for your campaign.
- Client Referral Campaign: If this candidate referral campaign is connected to a client referral campaign, select it here.
Click "Create."
Your campaign is now ready to go! View the details by clicking on your unique ambassador link at the top of the page.
