If Staffing Referrals is integrated with your ATS, a new record will be created in the ATS only when a referral candidate has provided all of the required information on the form.
If the candidate only fills out partial information, they will be assigned the pending status in Staffing Referrals. Candidates will not yet appear in your ATS until they have completed the auto-qualification process by filling out the form.
Staffing Referrals automatically sends a series of emails to pending candidates to remind them to complete the form. Once the form is completed, the candidate will move out of "Pending" into "Follow-up," and a record will be created in your ATS.
