With Staffing Referrals, you can specify the terms and conditions of your referral program on your campaign page or link to a page on your website.
Your terms and conditions should detail any requirements and restrictions for program participation, including:
- Who can submit referrals
- How to send referrals (e.g., form submission, through an online platform)
- Any restrictions on candidates referred (e.g., "must not have applied to a company position within XX months")
- When and how payouts are awarded (e.g., "when referral is hired, after they’ve worked for XX hours")
Step 1: Navigate to "Campaigns"
Step 2: Select the campaign you want to edit
Click on the campaign you want to edit.
Step 3: Add your terms and conditions
Navigate to "Basic Setup," and enter your terms and conditions.
Click "Update."
On your ambassador dashboards and referral forms, the terms and conditions will appear in a pop-up window when you click "View referral program details."
If you already have a page on your website that explains your terms and conditions, you can link to it as well. Insert the full URL (including "https://") where it says "Terms & Conditions Link." Don't forget to save your campaign details!
Now, when you view your ambassador page, you'll see "Additional Referral Program Terms & Conditions." This link will take you to the URL you entered.
