Where can my team get training on how to use the platform?

We host a recruiter training session every Thursday. These sessions walk attendees through all of the tools recruiters need to be successful with Staffing Referrals:

• Setting up your recruiter profile
• Setting up an automated calendar booking page
• Broadcasting jobs to brand ambassadors
• Tracking and managing referral leads
• And more!

After the tool walk-through, there is a Q&A with a member of our customer success team.

Every recruiter who uses the platform should attend a training session. Recruiters are also always welcome to attend additional training sessions as a refresher or if they have specific questions.
