Broadcast jobs to your brand ambassadors

Add hot jobs to your recruiter profile and broadcast them to your brand ambassadors via email, text, or LinkedIn.

Broadcasting jobs is the best way for you to keep in touch with your ambassadors about new jobs available so that they can send referrals your way. We recommend you use this feature weekly or biweekly to keep your ambassadors up-to-date on the types of referrals you're looking for.

Step 1: Navigate to "Communications" > "Broadcast Jobs"

Step 2: Enter the job information

Write a brief description of your job in the text box.

Step 3: Select the ambassadors to broadcast the job to

You can send the job to everyone on your ambassador list. Or, if you've organized your ambassadors groups, you can select a specific group.

Step 4: Select how to broadcast the job

Click the icon(s) for how to send your message. You can send an email, a LinkedIn message, or a text message (if you have a TextUs account hooked up to Staffing Referrals). Once you've selected an icon, it will be highlighted. If you decide you don't want to send to a particular network, just click the icon again to deselect it.

Note: When you use the LinkedIn button, the job will appear as a post on your personal LinkedIn page. We recommend using this feature as it is a very effective way to get high-quality referrals from your professional network.

Step 5: Send or schedule your message

In the blue drop-down, select whether to send your message now or schedule it for the future. When you schedule or send your job, it will also automatically be added to your profile.

Note: If you just click "Add To Profile," the job will be added to your recruiter profile, but it will not be sent to your ambassadors. Use the "Schedule" or "Send Now" button to keep your ambassadors in the loop.
