Staffing Referrals automatically sends email and text messages to update your ambassadors, applicants, and recruiters about your referral program. You have the ability to edit or pause these messages in your dashboard.
Staffing Referrals works behind the scenes to engage your audience with your referral program. This includes automated messages inviting new brand ambassadors to sign up, messages letting recruiters know when new referrals come in, and messages notifying applicants that they have been referred to work with your agency.
You can view all of the messages being sent by navigating to "Settings" > "Communication Templates."
The messages are categorized into external (for ambassadors and candidates) and internal (for admins and recruiters). Click "Preview" to view a message or "Customize" to edit it.
